These courses are a blend of writing, coaching and wellbeing techniques that
encourage you, through writing, to draw out thoughts and ideas, move beyond the
obvious in your thinking and, in turn, open up new possibilities and

Creative Writing and Mindfulness workshop
This workshop is delivered in collaboration with Mindfulness practitioner, Suzanne Lloyd from Red Berry Mindfulness and incorporates guided meditation.
